The application gives your face a creamy look. Usually you use a matte or a really light tinted foundation. For the cheeks, you would use a rosy or berry cream blush instead of powder. A thin line or liquid liner on top and some mascara. Finish with a coat of matching blush colored gloss. This look makes you look like your glowing and kind of just got off the beach. It all depends on what you want,bottom line,allmost everything you use i.e blush, foundation etc has to be of cream base.
